Portfolio Support
Portfolio Support
We support every part of the venture ecosystem, including portfolio companies. Through our portfolio support programmes, we work directly with senior operators and their teams at venture-backed companies to unlock value and accelerate growth through the integration of sustainability best practice and knowledge.
These initiatives help businesses make strategic improvements by understanding, adopting, and integrating responsible business strategies that contribute to long-term value creation. We run programmes for seed/early stage startups (fully remote) and for growth companies (remote and in-person), as they have different challenges and integrating sustainability thinking into their operations will create different value for them.
Both programmes are available globally. Reach out to learn more including potential kick off dates.

"[The programme] helped me rethink our ESG approach – broadening it beyond environmental topics and embedding it into processes. Concrete examples and guest
speakers made it tangible how others are turning theory into action."
— Justin Walklet, Managing Director, Holidu (backed by Northzone)

"We were challenged to move beyond surface-level commitments and turn our sustainability ambitions into tangible business impact. The
result was a clearer strategic direction and policies that are meaningful rather than just
compliance-driven."
— Wing-San Chan, Head of People and Culture, Treefera (backed by Albion)

"Cecile's depth of experience as an early advocate of ESG in venture is really inspiring.
[The programme] prompted me to think more concretely about how to embed these principles in a way that aligns with both impact and performance."
— Bas Lustenhouwer, CFO, Dexory (backed by Atomico)
